SuperWalk Coordinator (Winnipeg)

WITH PARKINSON CANADA

Summary

The Parkinson's community in Canada has a unified voice thanks to Parkinson Canada. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for Parkinson's patients. We accomplish this through research that will improve therapies and put an end to Parkinson's, advocacy that will raise awareness of Parkinson's, and support that will enable individuals to live well with the disease through services and education. Parkinson Canada is a federally recognized nonprofit organization that relies on the kindness of donors to operate. It has been granted accreditation by the Imagine Canada Standards Program.

SuperWalk organizers are essential in promoting awareness of and raising money for Parkinson's patients. With assistance from Parkinson Canada, they promote and take the helm in organizing SuperWalk in local communities from beginning to end. They assist the planning team and guarantee that attendees have a good time. Together with the sponsorship coordinator, you will approach potential sponsors, and you'll make sure the money raised on the day of the event is correctly recorded and deposited. You will make sure that all actions and activities adhere to the Parkinson Canada SuperWalk program and its policies.
